Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the 10x Studio website and services. By booking a session or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & Payments

Book by the hour with no minimum. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We accept payments via Stripe.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Cancel or reschedule with more than 72 hours' notice at no charge, subject to availability. Inside 72 hours, no refund is issued but one reschedule is allowed. Inside 24 hours, the booking is forfeited with no refund and no reschedule. All approved reschedules must be used within 30 days. To reschedule, contact us at studio@10xoperation.com.

Studio Rules

• Please arrive on time. Your booking starts at the scheduled time.
• Overtime is billed at the standard hourly rate if the studio is available.
• Clients are responsible for leaving the space clean and in the condition it was found.
• Any damages to the studio, equipment, or backdrops may result in additional charges.
• Smoking and open flames are not permitted inside the studio.

Memberships

Creator and Photographer memberships are billed monthly. Sessions reset every month and do not roll over. You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.

Liability

10x Studio is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. We recommend that all clients carry their own insurance for high value equipment and talent.
