Good things to know.

• What's included in an hourly booking?

  Cyc wall access, wifi, kitchenette, an on-site host, and a basic lighting kit (two strobes, modifiers, c-stands). The prop library and lounge are open to all bookings.

• Do you offer photography or video crew?

  Yes. Our in-house team covers stills, motion, podcast and full productions. Add a photographer, DP, hair & makeup or engineer at booking, or as a last-minute add-on.

• What's your cancellation policy?

  Free cancellation up to 72 hours before your shoot. Within 72 hours we keep 50%, within 24 hours we keep the full booking.

• Is there parking and loading access?

  Street parking and a dedicated loading bay at the rear entrance. The freight elevator opens directly into the studio.

• Can I bring talent, clients and crew?

  Up to 12 people are included. Larger productions are welcome let us know in your brief and we'll prep the space.

• Do you allow food, pets and live animals?

  Food: yes, in the lounge. Pets: small and well-mannered, yes. Live animals for shoots: yes with prior notice and a handler on set.
