Good things to know.

• What's included in an hourly booking?

  29ft wide cyclorama wall, wifi, an onsite host, 9 swappable backdrops, and a basic lighting kit (two strobes, modifiers, c stands). The lounge is open to all bookings.

• Do you offer photography or video crew?

  Yes. Our in house team covers stills, motion, podcast and full productions. Add a photographer, DP, or engineer at booking, or as a last minute add on.

• Do you provide cameras for the podcast setup?

  Podcast setup available. Clients must bring their own camera. Lighting and studio support are available during the booking.

• Is the green screen ready to book?

  Yes a 30ft × 30ft green screen is available for video, content, product, music video, and creative productions.

• What's your cancellation policy?

  Cancel or reschedule with more than 72 hours' notice at no charge, subject to availability. Inside 72 hours, no refund is issued but one reschedule is allowed. Inside 24 hours, the booking is forfeited with no refund and no reschedule. All approved reschedules must be used within 30 days.

• How does the discount work?

  Book 3 to 4 hours and get 10% off automatically. Book 5 or more consecutive hours and get 20% off. Book any session that runs entirely between 8 PM and 6 AM for a 30% Night Owl discount. No promo code needed the discount shows up in your estimate before you pay.

• What are the booking conditions?

  Book by the hour with no minimum, payment in full to confirm, and a start time that does not overlap with an existing reservation. The studio is available 24/7.

• Where is 10X Studio?

  20 Newbridge Rd, Etobicoke, ON minutes from the 427 and Royal York station. Free parking available at the door with dedicated loading access.

• Is there parking and loading access?

  Free parking available at the door with dedicated loading access.

• How many people can I bring?

  Up to 12 people are included. Larger productions or events are welcome let us know in your brief and we'll prep the space.

• Can I use all 9 backdrops?

  9 premium seamless backdrop colours are available on hand. Up to 3 vertical backdrop colours are included with every booking. Floor sweep is $35 per colour or $75 for a 3 colour bundle. Bookings of 3+ hours include 1 floor sweep colour free.

• Do you allow food, pets and live animals?

  Food: yes, in the lounge. Pets: small and well mannered, yes. Live animals for shoots: yes with prior notice and a handler on set.
