10X Studio is available for private events, brand activations, networking nights, content events, launch parties, creator events, and intimate gatherings.
Event packages are separate from hourly studio rental pricing.

All bookings are subject to availability. A 50% non refundable deposit is required to confirm your date.

to know.
- CapacityUp to 75 guests.
- DepositA deposit may be required to secure your date.
- Setup & TeardownSetup and teardown time must be included within your booked hours.
- DJs & MusicDJs are welcome. No sound curfew.
- Food & DrinkOutside food is allowed with approval. Licensed bartender required if serving alcohol.
- DecorationsDecorations are allowed with approval. No glitter, confetti, smoke, open flames, or messy props unless approved.
- DamagesClient is responsible for any damage to the space, furniture, backdrops, green screen, cyc wall, equipment, or property.
- CleanlinessThe space must be left clean.
- OvertimeOvertime is only available if the studio is not booked after your event.
- PricingEvent packages are separate from hourly studio rental pricing.
- Parking & LoadingFree parking available at the door with dedicated loading access.
- CancellationCancel or reschedule with more than 72 hours' notice at no charge, subject to availability. Inside 72 hours, no refund is issued but one reschedule is allowed. Inside 24 hours, the booking is forfeited with no refund and no reschedule. All approved reschedules must be used within 30 days.
